Personal Injury
Recover what you are owed — without taking on the insurance company alone.
We protect those who have been injured.
At Integrity Law Group, we work hard for people who have been hurt. If you have suffered a serious injury caused by another person or a company, you need an experienced attorney to help you collect the fair and reasonable compensation the law allows.
You may be entitled to damages for past, present, and future lost wages; medical bills and expenses; special-care expenses; and pain and suffering.
When you go up against a business or an insurance company, they have lawyers who know the system intimately. We know it too — and we know how to present your case so you have the best chance of winning.

Recently in a car accident?
Do you feel like your needs are being ignored, or that your concerns are not being taken seriously? If so, it is vital that you talk to an attorney. The right counsel makes sure you get every dollar of compensation you are entitled to.
Our attorneys have extensive experience with auto accidents and automobile wrongful-death claims, and we know how to make negligent parties answer for what they did. Here is what we do for you:
Fight On Your Behalf — You focus on recovery — we handle the insurer, the paperwork, and the negligent party. The pressure shifts off of you and onto the people who put you here.
Treated With Respect — Insurance companies are built to wear down individual claimants. With counsel, your concerns get taken seriously and the conversation changes tone immediately.
Resolve It Swiftly — We work to see your needs met and your case resolved without the usual stalling. Every week of delay is a week you carry the costs personally.
Maximize Recovery — Past, present, and future lost wages, medical bills, special-care expenses, pain and suffering — we make sure every category you are entitled to is on the table.
Don’t suffer any more than you already have.
A serious accident reshapes a life: pain and suffering, medical expenses, lost work, strained relationships. The injuries we see in passenger and driver cases include partial or total paralysis, multiple fractures, traumatic brain injuries, amputations, and internal-organ damage.
Some accidents are not survivable, and we offer wrongful-death representation in those cases as well. If you have suffered injuries because of someone else’s negligence, get legal representation early — the case starts the day the accident happens, whether or not you have a lawyer in your corner.

Straight answers to the questions people Google in the days after an accident — before they call.
How long do I have to file a personal injury claim in Texas?
In most cases, Texas law gives you two years from the date of the accident to file a personal injury lawsuit — and once that window closes, your right to recover is gone, no matter how strong the case. Wrongful death and certain government-entity claims have different deadlines, some much shorter. The practical answer: call as soon as you can. Critical evidence — vehicle damage, witness memories, surveillance footage — starts disappearing within days.
How much does it cost to hire a personal injury attorney in Houston?
Nothing up front. We handle personal injury matters on a contingency fee basis — we only get paid if we recover money for you, and the fee comes out of the settlement or verdict, not out of your pocket. The initial consultation is free. That structure means we have skin in the game on every Houston-area case we accept: if you don’t win, we don’t get paid.
Should I talk to the insurance adjuster before hiring an attorney?
We strongly recommend against it. Insurance adjusters are trained to ask questions designed to get statements they can later use to reduce your payout — even friendly small talk gets recorded. The safest answer is: I want to speak with my attorney first. Call us, and we’ll handle every conversation with the insurer from that point forward.
What is my Houston personal injury case worth?
There’s no formula — case value depends on medical bills (past and future), lost wages, diminished earning capacity, pain and suffering, and how strongly liability can be proven. A minor soft-tissue injury looks very different from a traumatic brain injury or a permanent disability. We give you a realistic range after reviewing the medical records, accident report, and witness statements — not before. Beware of any attorney who quotes a number on the first call.
What if the other driver didn't have insurance, or didn't have enough?
This is where your own uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage (UM/UIM) becomes critical. We help you tap that coverage and pursue any personal assets the other driver has. In Texas, hit-and-run cases also fall under UM/UIM. Check your policy — if you carry UM/UIM coverage, you may have more recovery options than you realize.
Do most personal injury cases go to trial, or are they settled?
The large majority settle before trial — most Houston-area cases resolve through negotiation or mediation once the insurer realizes you have serious representation. That said, we prepare every case as if it’s going to a Harris County, Fort Bend, or Montgomery County courtroom. Insurers offer more when they see a file built for trial. We try cases when settlement falls short of what’s fair.
